Subject: Now is Not the Time to Stop Exercising

All the bad news about the economy is really stressful and energy draining. As a result, more and more people are ceasing to exercise at a time when exercise is really needed. Exercise is great for helping you cope with stress and it is also an excellent energizer. Cardiovascular exercise strengthens the heart, which helps prevents the heart from going into a cardiac arrest when faced with stressful, traumatic life changing events. Find and do a good 30 minute exercise routine today and see how much better you feel!

Subject: You Need a Workout Routine that Works

Let’s assume that you are someone that has made up your mind to get in shape and you are determined to adhere to a workout schedule and regiment. The only thing a person with your type of mindset requires to see noticeable results in your fitness condition in just six to eight weeks is the right workout routine and some simple changes to your diet. Furthermore, with your persistent and consistent mind set and determination, it will not take you more than two hours per week to see the results with the right workout routine. Two days of cardiovascular exercising (e.g. biking, jogging, swimming, aerobics, etc.) and two days of resistance training for 30 minutes per day is all you need, with the right workout routine. 

What is the right workout routine? It is a routine that includes cardio and resistance training that provides you with a total body workout between the four days you train. I recommend alternating your training days with cardio and resistance training. This keeps the workouts dynamic and allows your muscles time to recover. Now, back to the programs; they should be designed in such a way that they allow you to transition between exercises quickly thereby saving you time. Furthermore, the idea workout routine will be comprised of fitness programs that are filled with super sets, which are back-to-back exercises and/or sets targeting the same muscle or muscle group. 
Let’s face it, the majority of us (me included) don’t really enjoy working out. Therefore, it is important that when we do take the time to exercise, we do so using fitness training programs that give us the most and quickest results for the time we set aside for fitness. 
Find a workout routine that encompasses fitness training programs as described above and include a few recipes of scrumptious meals low in carbohydrates and be amazed at the results in about eight weeks. You will be even more motivated to stick to your workout routines.
